I remember them well but I seem like a new face every five years when I visit my old home. Pepper spray is bought with excellent reminders of proper use and "disposal" when I leave the island (personally I turn it into the police). Great people here. THANKS!

Recently stopped in to replace expired pepper spray. Originally planned to repurchase my old one, but the staff's clear and patient explanation of pepper gel to other customers convinced me otherwise. First-time visitor, but highly recommend this store. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. Even parking was convenient.

First time visiting today & I was impressed. It's a small store, but it stocks so much inside. Yes it's a little cramped, but everything is very well organized & it's easy to find whatever you're looking for. HUGE selection of firearms. I've been to much larger stores, even department stores on the mainland, that didn't have half of the selection they have here. In the 20 minutes we spent here, there was a steady stream of customers in & out. I didn't realize this place was that busy! We purchased some Mace, the gel kind with UV dye for $25 a canister. Martha went over every aspect of using pepper spray. She was highly informative & personable. Like the caring auntie who won't steer you wrong & is honest with you. We loved her! There was also a young gentleman working & he greeted everyone who came in, even holding the door for us as we left. We felt welcomed & not intimidated at all. Good place!

Terrible service from the same guy everytime I go. Seems to be the one who works the register most of the time. Asian guy short hair with glasses. My most recent visit I was asking questions about classes which seemed alright but by the end for some reason he seemed very irritated at my questions and even got to a point where we just stared at eachother. As if he was eyeing me out lol You can just tell he was picked on all his life probably was a loser then and is a loser now. Needs a slap?✌?

Joe is very friendly and patient with customers.
The staff member were there to help you find the perfect item for your need. They takes time to chat and get to know what you are looking for, and get you the prose t that suits your request, not the most expensive merchant in stock.
Overall a very nice shopping experience.

Upon entering the store I noticed a wide selection of long arms, pistols, air rifles, knives and flashlights. They also have ample stock of other safety equipment, gun cases, and accessories for other firearms. They were pretty busy but tended to my inquiries of buying my first firearm very quickly. I was looking for a compact pistol that I may use for concealed carry after I leave the island. Immediately I was presented 4-5 pistols to handle and manipulate. I needed the NRA safety course and was signed up for a class the very next day. Price was $150 which is a little steep in comparison to others that were $100 but I happily obliged. Once I was able to complete the course I purchased my CZ-P10c which was on sale and lower than standard gun store prices by about $30-60. Paid cash and was given my bill of sale to take to the PD and apply for my permit. Throughout my entire experience with the store I felt extremely welcomed and that they really do care about their customers. They recognized me the next time I arrived and truly believe my purchase was well spent and their manners and warm welcome made me want to buy from them even more.

I hope this review is seen by others to help them come to the shop and check it out. Truly amazing and friendly staff who are knowledgeable and will help you especially when buying your first gun. Excellent.

Decent inventory. Excellent service. They make you feel like a valued customer. A little cluttered but just let them know what you are looking for and they will spend time with you until you find it. No high pressure sales or arrogant gun store attitude so common in other places (including the mainland). A great group of people and a solid store.
