I've been going to Dr DeJong for many years. She is an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor. She always answers your questions, and offers up excellent advice on whatever issue you may have, and never makes you feel rushed.
She has performed several endoscopies on me and colonoscopies as well as needed. Her bedside manner is excellent in explaining the results of any test and procedure.
She is truly a wonderful doctor, and I highly recommend her.

Horrible service; the front office staff is a disaster. Needed a new doctor, brought in files, they failed to return 4 phone calls. Had to go in personally to find out they referred me to someone else without any communication or return of my calls for more than 2 weeks. Wasted 2 trips and almost a month on this disaster of a practice. Gross incompetence, uncaring, and unprofessional. I only hope the people responsible get the same treatment elsewhere so they can experience awful service themselves and perhaps change their ways. The doctor may be unaware.... or if not, is a very poor manager. Beware, if I could give this office ZERO stars I would.

I would give Dr. Mariana de Jongh and Gastroenterology Associates a ten star if I could. Very professional office and staff. I had a sigmoid next door with the same experience. Thank you Dr. de Jongh, and her PA Lynda, for providing me treatment leading to a significant recovery from my intestinal issues!

After being released from hospital with 2 weeks to establish a Gi Dr. I was detained from being scheduled until they received notes from a previous Colonoscopy/Endoscopy, dr for one full month. I hand delivered them after picking them up myself before the medical release form arrived to me, trying to help expedite my being scheduled.
I was informed Dr. DeJongh is no longer accepting local transfers.
Millicent from the office lied to me telling me this was the only hold up, instead of just being honest to a patient in dire straits with the possibility of needing a peg feeding tube.
Dr. DeJoungh is no better according to Donna, this was her decision.
