Adore the Korean food is so heartwarming and generous proportions 🥹💗✨
Walked in a Saturday night dinner and it was crowded but we got a seat quick! Food came quick as well and delicious, well seasoned.

I’ve been coming to this korean restaurant a couple times and the food is always yummy!

I especially enjoy the sweet and sour fries chicken- it’s very crunchy and the sauce is yummy, I recommend!
The bibimbap is also pretty good and I love the amount of side dishes.

I recently had the pleasure of dining with some of my relatives at a restaurant recommended by one of my cousins. While the food was satisfactory, the service could have been better. However, the restaurant's reputation for excellent cuisine is evident from the long line of customers, especially on weekends. I would recommend this restaurant for its advantageous family meal deals. The portions of food are quite generous. If your party consists of more than six people, it is advisable to make a reservation or arrive before 7 p.m. to avoid the peak crowd.

I've always wanted to try their food, and I finally had the chance! They are incredibly generous with their side dishes—kimchi, glass noodles, potatoes, and more. We tried the Gamjatang and Samgyetang, and both soup stews were delicious and comforting.

The ambiance is also a highlight; the spacious layout and high ceilings make for a pleasant dining experience.

We bought Combo A including the pancake, fried chicken, sliced pork and pork bon soup. We ordered one more fried seafood dish. We were 6 people and we were pleasantly full. I like their service, fresh food and portion which is better than most Korean restaurants. If you are craving for spicy, this place might not be give you the extra edge that you need. I would recommend this place to my friends and to go for the combo!

Mixed Impressions at Authentic Korean Restaurant

Craving for an authentic Korean experience, I found myself in an authentic establishment where four older Korean women managed the service while the men worked in the kitchen. The busy atmosphere on a Saturday night, with many local Koreans, validated the popularity and authenticity. It was a 20 minute wait for a smaller table at 7:30pm.

I noticed immediately the absence of an exhaust system, creating a smokey and scented atmosphere from the various meet grilling tables. The slow service, coupled with waitresses often looking away, detracted from the overall dining experience.

I ordered the pork bone soup, it was lukewarm and lacked of seasoning, leaving it notably mild, and most importantly non-spicy. The complementary side dishes followed suit, also tasting bland and old.

Despite the lively ambiance and the presence of authentic dishes, the overall experience failed to deliver. With the sheer number of Korea restaurants available in York region, it might be more appealing to try a different establishment. Perhaps another casualty of post pandemic food quality.
