I loved my experience here. I was extremely flustered by all of the decisions I had to make and it definitely showed when I started dress shopping. I was initially extremely overwhelmed by all of the different styles that are out there on social media. Brandi really listened to what I liked and didn’t like to pull dresses that were within my style. She was so patient with me and showed me different ways I could style each dress to my very specific liking. She helped this indecisive bride make a solid decision. Every bride to be needs to come here. This was THE EXPERIENCE that I received nowhere else, and I did 5 stores over the span of 3 days. The owner listened to me, my wants, my dislikes, my budget. She was was so attentive, caring, and just had the right type of energy that I needed. I felt taken care of in every way, and It really was the best bridal shoppping experience I’ve had! There’s so much passion behind what lily and Alina have, and I’m so thankful I got to come in and have some of their time!

I walked in today looking for a maid of honor dress and received excellent customer service! Lily was helping a bride, but still took her time to help me find a dress that was flattering for my shape. She was so gracious and kind even though I was a walk-in customer and she was in the middle of an appointment (the other customer was just as happy). Finding a perfect dress is so hard for me so I was so surprised that I was able to find something on my first day of shopping! She gave me advice on different styles and was able to show me how different shapes and features accentuate and flatter my shape. She also explained what didn't work for my shape which I really appreciated because there is nothing worse then noticing my muffin top😆 after the fact in pictures. Definitely recommend Elegant Bride!!! I decided on the dark gray one but was able to pick a different color so I got it in a mauve/desert rose color. Prices are very reasonable!!

First off, the owners are amazing! They care very deeply about finding dresses that fit the whole look and theme of the bride’s wedding. It was very hard for me to narrow down and pick a dress that I liked because I really liked ALL the dresses I tried on (first world problems lol!) The silky satin line was my favorite as it feels so good on my skin and has a very romantic look about it. Being the maid/matron of honor, it is important duty to stand out while also not taking any attention away from the bride. They have a large selection in my mind, for all body shapes and sizes so if you’re a bride, bridesmaid, maid of honor or even mother of the bride, check out Elegant Bride. They will not disappoint!

I decided to look into this bridal boutique because of the great reviews and looks like they carried beautiful dresses. So I booked an appointment online about a week in advance, super easy to schedule. I picked the last appointment available (11:30 a.m.) for that day. The boutique called to confirm the day before which I confirmed. Go into the bridal boutique, 10 mins early just in case there was paperwork to fill out. They checked me into the appointment and asked me to wait at the front until the last appointment completed their session. Very understandable. However, then a “walk in group” arrived 10 minutes later and the boutique stated they could squeeze them in over the phone. All of this information is the words from the group. The staff immediately helped them and had the bride fill out paperwork and start pulling dresses. The stylist moved the group into their section for the dress fitting. All the while, I’m still waiting at the front for my fitting area. The stylist explained to this bride of the dresses selection style, pricing, etc. This is when we had enough and asked another staff member about our fitting area, this staff told us to go ahead and take a seat in another section. Waited a couple of more minutes. The stylist and bride recenter the gown area and started pulling more dresses. At this point I was becoming frustrated as they were pulling dresses in the same size as me (which was decreasing the amount of options I had to try on). Proceed to ask the stylist if someone will be helping us, and she told us to wait longer as she was helping the walk in bride. Enough was enough and we decided to leave disappointed. I never heard from this boutique about walking out on my appointment. Luckily I did because I said yes to my dress at another bridal boutique that gave me the time of day.

I’m not sure if people know this or not but this amazing place is under new management and the women who are current owners are AMAZING! Lily helped me from the second I walked in. I did not have an appointment and they still tended to me. They have a ton of beautiful dresses and only after trying on 2 dresses the second dress was the dress! I did not feel pressured to buy something, Lily reassured me that I wasn’t wasting her time, she only wanted me to enjoy the experience. She was amazing, I did not leave with a dress the first time I went in but I went back a week later and bought the dress! She was very attentive and she is just awesome! I highly recommend this boutique!!

I'm so glad I booked an appointment with Elegant Bride as my first stop of wedding dress shopping. It was such a great experience and made for my next appointment at another shop a bit disappointing. Tabitha was so lovely, polite, patient, sweet, helpful, and just all around amazing. She made the process so comfortable and pleasant. She truly wanted me to find a dress I loved and was so sweet and patient in helping me. Tabitha really made it a great experience and I'm so thankful for her. She deserves a raise! I have a feeling I'm going to end up back there to get a dress.

I was so nervous walking into their boutique because I didn't know what to expect. All my nervousness immediately went away when the owners greeted me with warm smiles. I think Tabitha was her name. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick out a couple of dresses to try on. Long story short, I purchased my wedding dress here! I can't wait to wear it in October for my wedding. (:
