I had a fantastic experience at Dobbs Ferry Dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming and incredible professional. The office itself is clean modern and comfortable, which makes me feel at ease right away.
Dr. Kevin Jong was thorough, gentle and took the time to explain everything clearly. They truly care about their patience and go above and beyond to ensure a pain-free and smooth experience. I especially appreciated how they addressed all my questions and provided helpful tips for maintaining my dental health.
If you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Jong and their team. I actually look forward to my next visit.

Seriously, who likes going to the dentist? After my visit here though, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff and doctors made me feel as though I belonged there. Also, the office's technology definitely looks high quality and very professional. (oh, I loved the candle in the restroom 🙂

The Wi-Fi password is not posted anywhere and none of the receptionist know it the only person who knows the Wi-Fi password is the doctor so you have to wait until the end of your cleaning to get Wi-Fi password. When I asked why my cleaning was only 10 minutes long as I had not been there in over five years, Anna’s response was, “Because you came in late” Instead of “ Because your teeth are already clean as you have good home hygiene” LOL so yeah, please do not get a cleaning by Ana. She is in her 50s and doesn’t even wear eyeglasses. I see 30-year-olds wearing those special eyeglasses so that they can get a better look at your teeth. She also immediately rushed me to x-ray, where I told her I’m only paying for cleaning and asked is it gonna be extra cost if i do it (aka is it included in the price of my cleaning ) where THEN she told me there was extra cost instead of just being upfront and transparent about it when offering the Xray. Also, if coming in late a.k.a. coming within the grace period would have caused her to give me only a 10 minute cleaning, then she should have just told me to go home from the jump. No fluoride rinse at end of cleaning either by the way. Either go to the Tarrytown office to see Dr. Zhong or just go to a completely different office because my experience getting a cleaning was just simply not it! Cheers! X

I could write a book about how awesome Dobbs Ferry Dental and Dr. Jong are, but here are the highlights. I received a new resident mailing from Dobbs Ferry Dental after I moved to the area, which was during my search for a dentist that could brighten my smile with whitening, updating my crowns and/or adding veneers.

Dr. Jong's office was my choice over my existing dentist and two other dentists that I had consultations with. Dr Jong did their work in-house, meaning that they didn't have to wait for crowns to be shipped from California like others did, which meant that I could have a mold of my tooth for a crown done on a Wednesday and installed on a Thursday or Friday.

What I was pleased with the most was that Dr. Jong was more concerned about the HEALTH of my teeth versus making my smile look brighter. We course corrected from my original plan to ensure that crowns were used instead of veneers, that if decay was found, it was removed before proceeding, etc.

Afterwards, I even had a mouth/tooth guard customized to my bite to prevent the wearing down of my teeth due to grinding them in my sleep. Oh, I can't forget the technology that Dr. Jong used, as I had a screen right over my dental chair to view my teeth after they were scanned so that I could view my various teeth after they were prepped for a crown and also what they looked like afterwards. AMAZING!!!
