The doctor and Physician assistant are good however the receptionist with red color hair is extremely rude. There was also one nurse who spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, i asked what happened to my previous swab which the receptionist eluded had never been submitted and the nurse told me it wasn’t viable, she was somewhat aggressive in her response to me, I held my tongue. As for that receptionist. When you arrive she does not acknowledge your presence or properly greet you. Doesn’t look at you when speaking etc. In the country where I’m from, she would not retain her job with such behavior. Such manners from a receptionist who is there to serve you as a customer is something absolutely atrocious. I’ve seen other reviews with the same comments yet they seem to allow her to carry on like she is.

Turned away with chest pain. I drove my friend whose PRIMARY doctor was DeJong to his office because she had chest pain and elevated heart rate.
The receptionist told her to leave. They were too busy. Their schedule was full.

I was caregiver for their long time patient Mildred Jones for 16 years. She lived to 103 and Received wonderful life giving care from this expert doctor. The wisdom they used in prescribing medication was noteworthy. Very personal and yet very professional. I was very impressed with them at the end of her life too.
Very careful to keep her balanced and not over medicated.

Long term patient of Dr. De Jong. He and his office have been responsive to my health needs particularly because of chronic conditions. Exposure to maladies through years of overseas work as an educator and missionary left me not in the best of health. Yet I was always confident in Dr. de Jong's management of my medical condition. He has a long term loyal staff who demonstrate the same commitment to medical care as the doctor. I am grateful for their service.
