I don’t know what everyone is so wild about.
I am literally sitting in Dr. Chens office right now.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dr Chen is surprising sure, but absolutely brilliant.
I would rather have an odd Dr that is brilliant than a regular Dr who doesn’t know anything.
Dr. Chen is the BEST out there. You just have to be patient.
Also, pro tip, get the earliest appointment you can get.
Bring coffee.

Eva at Dr. Chens office is very unprofessional. I had an urgent referral and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out. I asked Jenny (who was very nice and pleasant) if they took my insurance but their biller had been out of office so she had to check. 30 minutes before my appointment Eva called and said “your payment will be $300 with your insurance.” I let her know that I work insurance and I shouldn’t have a co-pay that high and she said “go somewhere else then” and hung up on me. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love Dr.Chen. He did an amazing job on my lithotripsy. He is almost always available when I need my follow up care. He has always been caring and takes excellent care of me. His front desk CNA, Ava, is awesome. She even took me in a private room and filled out my form for disability even though the office was so busy that day. Very happy he my doc!!

I have been trying to schedule my husband an appointment ( who has cancer) and no one ever answers. 200+ phone calls and the Phone doesn't even ring. Ive left countless voicemails that go unanswered. I'm seeking legal litigation now. Highly not recommend. Please beware.

Didn't like the place. Took them 3 month to make an appointment with my dad. We got there on time but the lady( she wasn't that nice like everyone explained)at the register said we are late and then she said that doctor is not even there. What we assume that he probably forgot about his appointment and left. Appointment was made for the next day same time but we decide not to go. I do not recommend this place. Bad costumer service.

Dr Chen is an amazing man. He was my urologist for 10 years or more. I am a frequent kidney stone maker and he always got me in right away and performed alot of lithotripsy procedures on me. His front desk Eva is a miracle worker , she is the sweetest caring compationate and always got me in right away. I have since moved out if state and still a stone maker but have never had the kind of care that I got from him .

This place is unbelievable. I can not believe they are allowing a man who can’t walk, talk, listen or even Respect patients to still run his office. This is actually a very bad situation. Imagine if someone really really needed help and waited months just to be insulted and abandoned in the waiting room. This place needs to be shut down.

Wow this place is horrible. Took 2 months to make an appointment. Waited one hour for the doctor so he can refuse to see me first he said bc of my insurance and then just because I was in a car accident and he said he didn’t want to be involved knowing I’m in such need of help. I have never in my life felt so disappointed and discriminated against.
