(Lorely or Lauralee sorry if I’m not spelling the name ) right provided exceptional service during my recent visit. I was dealing with a complex phone activation issue and felt discouraged after being told by others that I would need to go through a lengthy process involving returns, reapplications, reordering, and waiting. However, Laura went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She personally contacted customer service, remained thorough and patient throughout the process, and spent over an hour ensuring my phone was activated on the spot.

Her enthusiasm, positive attitude, and dedication truly stood out. Laura exemplifies the kind of employee every customer hopes to encounter when facing a challenging situation. I am incredibly grateful for her assistance and hope her efforts are recognized and rewarded. She was outstanding and deserves high praise for her exceptional service!

The worst retail experience I think I have ever received as a consumer, the manager actually accused me of "stealing phones" simply because my phone was stolen the first month I had service and I dropped and broke my screen the second month. She stated this in front of the other ATT employees in the store and asked me to leave. She then threatened to call the police when I defended myself verbally from such ludicrous accusations. Take your business to a Corporate ATT location. I don't see how this location stays in business with such behavior from the store Manager.

I visited the this AT&T store on December 2 at 10 AM, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member was not only rude and super snappy, but she also seemed to be in a bad mood, claiming her coffee hadn’t kicked in yet. She appeared unsure of how to assist us, and when we tried to explain our needs multiple times, she became frustrated and kicked us out, threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave. We had just spent $1,300 on a new iPhone, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. To make matters worse, she spoke poorly about her past coworkers, implying they did a bad job while she was actually performing much worse. I witnessed her treating another customer before us similarly, and the customer after us also left frustrated. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve had much better experiences in the past at this store, which has a great location.

I am so grateful to the two incredible women that helped me figure out why half of my text were not received. This was a huge problem because with my wildlife rescue Birds in Helping Hands I can send over a thousand text a day. I am so impressed that they figured out to put a new Sims card in my phone and that worked!

Loreley was very helpful & patient. Have visited this location about 4 times with always a positive experience. Called one evening about an hour before closing & phone was answered & consultant explained best to come in earlier in the day when transferring data from old phone to new one.
