Doctor is very unprofessional and Beyond rude to patients. Talks to patients in a demeaning manner. Front desk customer service is terrible.

Doctor yelled at my parents for seeking eye treatment services. Misdiagnosed my parents’ eye issues.

Seeked second opinion and the other doctor provided correct diagnosis.

My mother visited the clinic. To begin with the reception staff was very rude and patronizing to my mother.
The ophthalmologist Jong H Lee was extremely condescending to my mother. He kept interrupting her and talked over her. He did not take things seriously when she complained about her medical condition and previous history. He was not patient and he clearly did not have any intention to take time and listen to her carefully. At one point, he wrongly judged my mother and recommended a cosmetic surgery (unnecessary procedure in my opinion). He told her that he could do such procedure 'very quickly', 'in his office' as long as she could pay $1500 cash in advance. What kind of place is that? I am appalled. I am a veterinary surgeon working in the UK and I deal with clients all the time myself. I know that listening to my clients carefully and caring their concerns seriously is the most important and basic aspect of my job. I am disgusted by these 'professional people' treated my mother so disrespectfully. Also the doctor being so unethical, by advising an unnecessary procedure for his own financial benefit, I wound not recommend this clinic to anyone.

The staff is always courteous even when I made a mistake about my appointment time. I had had lasik surgery years before. While living in Alabama I had cataract surgery on my far vision eye and the doctor there said he would not be able to give me a lens for close vision when the time came for cataract surgery on that eye. Dr. Lee was able to give me close vision at no extra cost. He also corrected a problem with my far vision eye. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I drive from central Arkansas to come to the office.

Dr. Lee has performed two surgery's on my eyes over the past two years. He is a great Dr. and very knowledgeable. His entire staff is very good as well. I will not go anywhere else...this is the best health care available.

As newcomers to Carrollton, my wife and I had little to go on selecting eye care specialists. Luckily, I chose Dr. Hsaio and we have been elated with his care! He quickly categorized my wife's partial blindness as an issue that required a different neurology specialist and intervened to get a next day appointment for the diagnosis and treatment of a condition that is quite rare in the world. He diagnosed my post cataract issue as requiring additional laser surgery and it has proved to have exceptional results! We could not be more happy.

Confused... they dilated my wife's eyes and did the exam with her prescribed glasses on, did not check her eyes without her glasses to see if there was any differences, dr lee came and said she didn't need glasses at all other than over the counter reading glasses. So after wasting $75 on this visit we are back to where we started. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN AT ALL.

Dr. Lee is the best,super staff and dr.lee has a great chair side manor! I have seen him since he opened in Carrollton. Dr.Lee also saved my mothers sight during a bout with a nasty staph infection! If you are not using him you should be!!!!!!!!!!

Very conscientious about his surgery. I had two cataracts removed and lens placed and the results are wonderful I can see my golf ball again.
