Purchased a beautiful set of solid mint tiles, which came in a bundle with racks/pushers, dice, a large carrying case and three smaller inner bags for storing the tiles. Absolutely love this set. Also had bags monogrammed, which turned out beautifully. The customizing took a few extra weeks, but was worth the wait. Erica, the store manager, was exceptionally courteous and helpful when I reached out to ask about the status of my order. This is a great company with quality merchandise and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely do business with them again.

I spoke to Annie about a defect in the customized jokers of my granddaughter's set and I sent her photos etc and I never heard back from you. The order was under the name is Rachel Kupfer. As you can see, the customized jokers are slightly thinner than the rest of the times making them obvious when face down on the table. I'm requesting 8 new customized jokers as pictured in order to fulfill me order satisfactorily. Annie was very unwilling to make this right. Very disappointed.

I found their website and was looking for an inexpensive set that came with jokers. They had some clearance sets and I decided to order one. I got my set in two days and its just beautiful! The case holds everything neatly and it has wheels. My only concern is that the cardboard trays to hold the tiles is very thin and they may tear with heavy usage. But I think its great for the price! Thank you very much!

Mah Jongg has become my passion! I love my table from Where the Winds Blow. I had the opportunity to go to the store in Houston. It has been enjoyed in my Colorado home. When folks come to play on the table they are fascinated. The customer service at Where the Winds Blow it top notch. Libby is wonderful to work with. You do not need to live in Houston to enjoy one of these tables. LOVE IT!

Don't understand how a company with such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is still in business. I have ordered 8 new jokers to match a set that I purchased from them previously. They said no problem, accepted the order and payment in November 2023. They have sent two INCORRECT orders and it is now February 20th and I am still waiting. Don't think I will ever receive them. Don't buy from them, this has turned out to be a frustrating experience. You never get to speak to anyone, always get a recording. Maybe Jordyn from customer service should find a new job.

I had a commitment from Erica, the manager of this shop in December 2022 to provide a MARDI GRAS MAH JONG set within 6 months or she would return my money.
She had me pay in advance as she said if I didn’t,the price of the set would go up. I believed she and this company were reputable.
I tried calling several times and writing to the email that I RECEIVED FROM ERICA the commitment to refund my money as the 6 months have passed.
There has been no response to my calls or my emails.
I am out over $300.
