Despite all the negative comments and reviews, I decided to come here to change my tires.

I did the scheduling online and ordered it tires online, and it was significantly cheaper than all other places in Dallas.

Yes, it took them a couple of hours to change the tires but it is walmart and they have so many clients because their prices are amazing. So I did some shopping got lunch and by the time I was with lunch my car was ready.

This was my second visit to this Walmart Auto Center, and like the last time, it was as smooth of a visit as I could expect. Only the checkout inside was a tiny bit slow, but that is because the associate managing the desk is juggling other duties, as well, so totally understandable and not anything that bothers me.

Stevie B. assisted me today, and while a man of few words, he was very friendly, skilled, and professional. He got straight to diagnostics, quickly determined the problem, and presented me with the options. I didn't have to wait inside very long, and my car is back in business. I'm very appreciative of his help today.

i was waiting for two hours for all my tires to get changed before i asked if there was an estimate on how long it would take to which i got a very unhelpful “no” from the girl at the desk. i waited another hour until i walked up to another worker who actually acknowledged how long ive been waiting and he said he would get someone to work on it right away. 30 minutes pass and absolutely nobody had started on my car. i spoke to the manager and he explained that there may have been miscommunication or someone had gone to lunch and just completely forgot about me. at that point i decided to leave without work being done to possibly go elsewhere. i am notified by walmarts customer service number that i called that i was still charged for the tires and can’t get a refund since i “picked them up”. i try to call the auto dept to dispute this but not a single department at this store picks up the phone. i return a couple days later to talk to the employees in person. it was a mistake to continue my business with them because they still charged me installation after all this hassle. the same desk girl that said there was no estimated time gave me an attitude when i asked to speak to the manager about waiving these fees. they seem to only care about making money and not making things right. i was given an oil change but that hardly feels like it makes up for all the time i wasted. essentially two shifts worth of time where i couldve made that oil changing money. i specifically took time off work to come here and no one cared or took into consideration how much time i wasted here.

Came in to get my tires checked and staff was INCREDIBLY rude. I was nothing but respectful but the lady that was supposed to help me rolled her eyes and was giving me attitude as soon as I pulled in, kept telling me to do it by myself, fill in the tires and go on my way, and was saying “It’s gonna take 3-4 hours”- which I said was fine and proceeded to sigh and suck her teeth and roll her eyes. If you don’t want to work, then don’t work. Ruined my perfectly good morning.

This location needs to be shut down, there is genuinely no reason to waste your time here whatsoever. Every single person I came into contact with at this location specifically was rude, inattentive, annoyed to be working at all, and offered no help whatsoever. I went in for ONE tire, thinking this can't possibly be more than a 10-15 minute job, but no at 2:00 p.m on a weekday the annoyed worker tells me they're done doing tires for the day, after I was literally directed to pull my car into bay 2. It could not have been anymore obvious how little these people cared about their jobs, as if they were offended a paying customer came and showed up to begin with. I will NEVER be shopping with Walmart again simply because of this interaction. If this is the caliber of employee that is to be offered, then I want nothing to do with this company now and in perpetuity. If the system would have allowed me to put 0 stars I would have.

I went for a tire replacement as I found the tire which I needed online and through of getting installed over there itself. My appointment was 12:00 - 01:00. I checked in my vehicle at 12:00. They told me it would be done in an hour. I was waiting inside. I came at 1:00 and saw installation is not yet started. I spoke to manager, I have a meeting in 30 mins, It is already 1:30 and you have not even started. Car is standing there for last 1:30 hours. Manager by himself started opening up the wheels and broke my key to open the wheel and at 2:00, he comes and says to me that we are going to cancel your service as some of the nuts are already broken and we can not open it. After waiting for 2:30 hours, they couldn't even open the car tires. I missed my important meeting. I just got my car back and left walmart.

Next I booked an appointment with DiscountTire 10:00 AM. I reached at 10:00..waited for 30 mins.. Boom.. My car had new tires in less than 30 mins without any issues.

Never would like to see walmart again for any auto service work.

people who have the plenty of time should go this place. It took about three hours to replace two tires. Of course I made an appointment. I have been here three times and it took more than three hours all the time.

I go the to change oil around 5:14 but they not letting me because they closed but when I look online says 7 pm not 5 pm closing that’s sounds bad
