Dr. Jeong, and his PA, are extremely caring and knowledgable. We were very satisfied with his medical guidance. However, the office staff is highly ineffective. Phone calls are not returned. They do not have a portal to access records. Promises for follow-up are ignored. Customer service is simply not a priority. Writing this in hopes Dr. Jeong transforms the office to complement his medical practice.

Been with Dr. Jeong for as long as he has been in Brevard County. My entire family sees him . I can’t Thank him enough. He was GREAT. With my brother n law that is mentally challenged. He took so much time with him and talked to him !!
I would recommend everyone to him .!

I can’t review my experience with the doctor because I never did see him, so this is a review of my experience trying to make an appointment with his staff. I was referred by the hospital and told to call within 3 days to set up an appointment. I called, and then called again later on, and then eventually left a message that was never returned. Not great, considering how time sensitive medical things like this can be. I ended up asking my doctor for a referral to another cardiologist but I had to wait another week to do it. In short, good luck getting ahold of anyone.

I called because I was running 5 min late for my appointment. They told me it was no problem. I get there, check in, get brought back, see the nurse, then in the room for an hour with noone ever coming to see me. They see the person scheduled before me, then I can hear them see the person scheduled after me without ever seeing me. Pretty freaking rude. Just tell me on the phone it was going to be an issue that I was 5 min late then there wouldn't be a problem. Don't waist my time.

Love Dr. Jeung. He is an amazing doctor and I believe knows his stuff and is very thorough. The reason why I gave only three stars is because of the office policy they have that you must pay in advance instead of waiting for your insurance EOB. In my experience we have been over billed or billed incorrectly by many of these offices and when we pay through Flex spending they end up suspending our account because there is a discrepancy in the amounts paid upfront and the amounts we actually owe. They cancelled my appointment on the spot because I did not have the money at the time. I told them I get paid on Friday and was willing to come in and pay them then, but they still had to cancel the appointment and asked me to reschedule. As much as I love the doctor, the office staff is also part of the doctor's business. Not sure who made up that policy, but it is terrible. Should I now have to schedule all my appointments around when I will be getting paid? I left work early and dragged my son there, which is stressful enough as it is. So to sum it up Dr Jeung is a great doctor, his office policy is not great.

This one star rating is for the staff in Dr. Jeong's office only. Dr. Jeong is wonderful - a genuinely caring professional who answered all of our questions and concerns. However, the staff is inefficient and close to being rude - definitely needs additional training, coaching, and mentoring in dealing with the public. The worst is when I showed up for an early morning appointment only to be sent away because "the equipment was not working." They claimed they tried to contact me but I was never notified. A terrible waste of my time and expense to get there! Overall, I would still recommend Dr. Jeong but brace yourself for a horrible experience before you get in to see him!

I found Dr. Jeong to be very caring, professional. He listens, he knows exactly how to communicate. Wonderful doctor. So glad I went. I found his staff to be very helpful in particular, Trish who gave me an ultra sound
and is one of the kindest people. . She was so patient and helpful. Thank you Trish!
