I’m sitting in the parking lot right now typing this review because this place deserves all the acknowledgment. I was looking for a place to tighten my loose center diamond and to clean my ring. Dropped in last minute and they were able to fix it right in front of me. When I tried to pay, the lady said they don’t charge for this. I am just so amazed any business can be this honest and nice these days. Thank you for your kindness. I will be back for all my jewelry needs in the future

Shopping at Jong’s Jewelry is great experience. Kathy is very knowledgeable and has good communication. I stumbled upon this jeweler when I was shopping for an engagement ring. She offered the most affordable option for the diamond setting even though she had to custom make it. My wife loves her ring and we came back to Kathy for our wedding band and for our two daughters first earing's. Jong's Jewelry has became our family jeweler for two years now. We first come to her before we go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for a jeweler that could fix an heirloom necklace. No one would help me because of the sentimental value and the stones. I called and walked in today.
