I ordered Combo 2 and was sorely disappointed. Only 4 pieces of chicken for $13 after tax is sad, not to mention the small portion of fried rice. Also just a caution, what they call "chow mein" on the menu is actually chop suey, and the chicken in the combo are chicken balls, not actual chicken.

Restaurant operates take-out only now and has a service change if you pay by card for orders under $30.

Food is jam packed evertime. Food is delicious everytime. The other place in down went down hill so we made the switch and we are never going back. I absolutely love the roasted almonds and the button mushrooms. Every meal is delicious and well priced. We normally get the meal for 4 + another dish and it feeds 2 adults and 2 kids and we have left overs for a few days. Super happy. They don't do dine in, but it's not something that bothers us

Would be helpful if they picked up their phone or left a message saying they are closed until further notice. Obviously not open the hours posted….. sad.

They don’t do dine in anymore. Not sure why, the take out is through a tiny window.
The prices were okay. The women working there seemed grumpy.
Honestly the food was trash. The chicken balls were okay I guess but small. The rice had chow mein in it, gross. The chow mein had no flavour and the vegetables didn’t seem fresh. The chicken lo mein was good yet flavourless, as though it was good a day or 2 ahead of time or sitting there precooked for awhile. The EGGROLL actually made me puke which is why I’m leaving this review and I’m going to try and post picture. Both EGGROLL’s I got were almost black as if they have been deep fried 3-4 times. I would be scared to see what the kitchen looks like back there, as they won’t even let you in for dine in what I can see inside looks gross and outdated. This food is gross, don’t waste your money here, if the owners had passion for what they do aside from wanting to make money doing bare minimum .

SO MUCH BETTER THAN CHOPSTICKS AT THE CORNERS.

I had food from Chopsticks yesterday and although it was cheaper it was absolutely terrible. Someone recommended Jong's instead. It was far better.

I had the combo #2. Egg roll, Chicken balls, Chop Suey and chicken fried rice. I honestly forget what I paid but it wasn't unreasonable. I think it came out to be like $12.50 with tax and 5% tip. Well worth it as the portion was HUGE, could easily have been a dinner for two.

Egg roll was without exaggeration the best I've ever had. You can tell they're hand-made. It was packed full, basically exploded in my mouth. I took a bite without adding any sauces and it was so flavourful. The wrap was cooked perfectly, lightly crispy but not chewy.

Chicken balls were also some of the best I've had, also clearly hand-made and not a frozen product. MASSIVE chunks of perfectly cooked, moist chicken with the thinnest coating of a great tasting, perfectly crispy batter.

Chop Suey was great, the sprouts were crisp and fresh, loaded with tons of tasty veg, lots of mushroom, and good sized chunks of chicken

Chicken fried rice was great, lots of flavour, rice was cooked perfectly, good amount of chicken and veg in it.

I think even the sweet and sour sauce is made in house as I've never tasted anything like it. Most places have that same sauce but this was thicker, perfect thickness to bind to the food and just seemed to taste that much better.

Was genuinely blown away by how good the whole meal was. 98 Super Panda used to be my go-to Chinese food take out, it is now Jong's. I will be returning, without doubt. It was SO good

I’ve just moved to Stayner a week ago and we have been so busy unpacking exhausted we decided to order out I am so happy we did the food was piping hot and was one of the best I’ve had the service was so welcoming. Being a business owner for 25 yrs they are certainly doing something right

Great place - friendly, generous portions for the price, cozy inside (when you can sit in), good for takeout, menu is simple but lots of good options - never had a bad meal there, and I guess I eat there at least a few times a year.

Excellent for little celebrations (birthdays, New Years, etc.). Love to support our local restaurants; this is the closest good Chinese place to Springwater/Clearview these days IMO.

Plain lo mein asked for pan fried noodles in soya sauce. Got mushy boiled noodles that tasted terrible. Sweet and sour pork was greasy and barely edible. The chicken fried rice was the only thing i ate and there were really dark spots on the rice like they poured on the soya sauce after packaged. Maybe it was because there was noone in there and they rushed my order. It was terrible, will not go back.
